Support Contract

There are three support contract options:

  • Single issue support contract
  • This option entitles you to telephone support for one support issue.

  • 3-month support contract
  • This option entitles you to telephone support for up to 10 issues over a period of 3-months starting from the purchase date of this option.

  • 1-year support contract
  • This option entitles you to telephone support for up to 20 issues over a period of 1-year starting from the purchase date of this option.
